In addition to trotting off to Oregon recently on a VIP all expense paid trip to Tofurkyfest (prize drawing winners!), work loads at full force, and planning the last minute wedding details (rough life of cake tastings), Michelle is participating in VeganMoFo (Vegan Month of Food) which is an international effort by bloggers to write at least 20 blogs over the month on vegan food. It's a lot of fun and a great resource for new recipe ideas or inspiration.
